- 2 potatoes cooked in water to blend,
- 1 carrot cooked in water to blend,
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast,
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- half lemons juice
- garlic, salt, paprika
- Optional add jalapeño / cayenne / roasted red pepper
