• 3.5 cup self-raising flour
• 3 cup sucre
• 1 cup cacaco
• 1/2 cup expresso powder
• 1/4 cup baking powder

• 8.25 tbsp de mix
• 4 tbsp oat mix
• 2 tbsp huile
• 30g morceaux de chocolat

• mix puis lait et huile puis chocolat au milieu
• 1.5 minute au micro onde au max
• glace au dessus
